Short version: we collect what's needed to run your page and nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't track people around the internet.

If you have a WorkWith account

We store what you give us to build your page:

  • Your name, what you do, and anything you write on your page.
  • Photos and files you upload.
  • Your WhatsApp number and contact details, so clients can reach you.
  • Your email address, to sign you in.

You can edit or delete any of it from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes your page and its content.

If you contacted someone through their page

When you fill in the enquiry form on someone's page, what you write — your name, your contact detail and your message — is sent to that person. They are who you're contacting; we store it so they can see it in their inbox.

We don't use your details to market anything to you, and we don't pass them to anyone else. If you want your enquiry deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

If you ordered from a shop

When you send an order from someone's shop page, what you give — your name, your number, any note, and the items you picked — goes to that shop owner. They are the seller; we store the order so it appears in their orders list and so neither of you has to scroll back through a chat to remember what was agreed.

We do not take your payment. There is no card form here and no wallet: you pay the seller directly, in whatever way you two agree, so we never see or store payment details of any kind.

Your cart lives in your own browser until you send the order — we can't see it before that. If you want an order's details removed, ask the shop owner first (it's their record of a sale they made); you can also contact us.

Page statistics

So someone can see whether their page is working, we count things like page visits and taps on the WhatsApp button. These counts are anonymous: we record what happened and roughly where the visit came from (for example, that it arrived from Instagram), and we do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, or anything that identifies a visitor personally.

What we never do

  • We never read or access your WhatsApp messages — the button simply opens WhatsApp on your phone.
  • We never collect, hold or route payments, so we never store card or bank details.
  • We never sell personal data.
  • We never use advertising trackers that follow people across other websites.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of services to run the product — hosting, and a database that stores your content. They process data on our instructions only.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also delete most of it yourself from the dashboard. If a page is misusing your information or pretending to be you, report it using the link at the bottom of that page.
